First visit
On your first visit to the specialist clinic, please bring the following documents for registration:

1. NRIC/ Birth Certificate / Passport/ Employment Pass/ Work Permit
2. Referral letter (if any)
3. Any medical benefit identification documents
(e.g. Civil Service Card, Medical Benefits Card, etc)

Registration
Please come at least 15 minutes before your appointment time for registration.Upon registration you will be given a queue number and the consultation room number of your doctor.
